Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what data casino-spinson.com handles and how. The relevant legal framework is UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as overseen by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

This is a static site

casino-spinson.com has no user account system, doesn’t require sign-up to browse the content, and doesn’t actively collect personal data through any form of its own. We don’t use Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider: every typeface is served from this domain.

Cookies and local storage

This site doesn’t set its own tracking or analytics cookies. We use the browser’s sessionStorage for a single purpose: remembering that you closed the pop-up bonus notice on a given page, so it doesn’t reappear during that same browsing session. That value stays only in your browser, is specific to that tab, and clears itself when a new session starts; we never send it to a server or use it to track your activity. More detail on this is in our cookie policy.

What happens when you click through to Spinson

When you click a button on this site to register or play at Spinson, that click is processed through our own server, which forwards it to the casino’s tracking and affiliate partner along with your IP address, for fraud prevention and to confirm the accuracy of the click’s origin, before continuing to Spinson. We don’t share any other personal data in that process, because this site doesn’t collect any in the first place.

Contact data

If you email admin@casino-spinson.com, we keep that message and the email address used only to reply to your query, and don’t share it with third parties or use it for any other purpose.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or ask us to delete your personal data. As this site doesn’t hold a user database beyond direct email correspondence, any such request can be handled by writing to admin@casino-spinson.com. You can also complain to the ICO if you believe your data has been mishandled.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal data to third parties, we don’t build behavioural profiles of visitors beyond the single click described above, and we don’t run analytics tools that set tracking cookies in your browser. This is a design choice for the site, not a promise that’s subject to silent change: if a tool that does collect browsing data is ever added, this page will be updated to reflect it honestly.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect real changes in how the site operates. The date of the last update appears in the header of this page.
